Libya: Private Aircraft Runs Off Runway While Landing at Misrata International Airport

A private aircraft ran off the runway while landing at Misrata International Airport in Libya, with no human casualties reported among the aircraft’s crew, according to the Libyan News Agency (WAL).

The relevant authorities began procedures to deal with the incident, control the fire, and take the necessary measures to ensure the safety of air navigation at the airport, in preparation for the resumption of air traffic.
